REFUNDS AND RETURNS

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund.

3. Some types of services cannot be returned for a refund, for example where the service begins as soon as you make the payment.

4. If you change your mind about a purchase you have made and within 14 working days after the delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original shipping and additional charges made. You are responsible for returning the item as well as the costs of returning the item to us.

5. If the item you purchased did not work properly, turned out to be faulty, or the item description was not accurately described, please contact us prior to requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.

6. Where you would like to return a physical item you have purchased, please contact us to inform us that you will be returning the item. For a refund regarding a non-physical item like a service, contact us for more information.

7. Once your return is received and examined, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you whether your refund will be processed or not.

8. In case the returned item we received is damaged, depending on the degree of damage, then we might settle this depreciation of the item with the amount refunded. Treat the item with care and make sure it is properly packaged.

9. If the refund will be processed, we will credit your method of payment within a few days.

10. Some payment gateways or payment transaction parties can take a few days to credit the refund to your account.

11. In case an item was purchased with a discount, then we will only refund the amount that you paid.

12. If an item you purchased was on sale then it may not be eligible for a refund.

13. If you accidentally provided us with an incomplete or wrong delivery address, make sure you contact us as soon as possible.
